A nice getaway
My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the Floridays resort. I would stay there again. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. When we had an issue with the jacuzzi tub maintenance was right there within five minutes to fix the problem. Every encounter we had with the staff was pleasurable. Very nice people. This was a nice getaway for my family.

Great location and amenities for family with small children
This place was great for our family with small kids (2 and 5). The 2 bedrooms with 2 baths was great, plenty of room to "breathe". Clean and many updates, but not too fancy that we had to worry about breaking things! The full kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for what we needed for simple meals. There is a new Publix grocery store just down the road, so we ate breakfast there, and packed lunches when we went out. A big money saver! The pool was nice and heated, so even swimming in 50 degree weather was not too bad! The cafe/market has a lot of great food to order, but not a lot to purchase for the refrigerator.

Great Location
We loved this property! It was much nicer than the photos, very conveniently located, and the staff were very informed and willing to help. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

Nice place
This "resort" is really a collection of 6 or 7 buildings that are all about 6 stories tall. Other than the buildings, the parking lot and the pool area there is nothing else to the resort. The entrance is easy to miss, but the location is pretty good overall. The room was large, very clean and well appointed kitchen. Overall, a good experience. I cannot say anything about the pool area as I did not use it (too cold) but it looked nice.

Somewhat satisfied
We enjoyed the Floridays Resort , however, we had planned on doing some cooking during our stay and we only had a frying pan and a big pot. Not what we expected when it says fully equipped kitchen. On our first full day after returning from Disney, which was also my daughter’s 18th birthday, we found that our room had not been touched. They did send someone with clean towels after we called. Also, the fitness room was not very good. Only one treadmill worked and we had to wait for a long time to use anything. It was quite small. We did enjoy the pool areas and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. The view from the balcony was nice and the staff was helpful and courteous. We did not hear any noise from our neighbors which was great, however, we heard some road noise in the master bedroom which was strange since we were almost the last building away from the road. Not sure where it was coming from. The resort was showing some age, but it looked like they were trying to keep it in good shape.

Excellent - will be back again
We really enjoyed our stay at the Floridays. The room was clean and stocked with all the necessities like dish detergent and shampoo. The only negative was that the thermostat had controls on it and we could not adjust up or down as we wanted. The pool was a bit small, but we went off season so it was not crowded and we enjoyed it. The bartender at the pool was friendly. All the parks were less than 5 miles away. We will surely stay here again.

It could have been better
It has great facilities, however the TV located in the main room was not working at check-in. It was reported, never fixed.

Better than I expected.
I never would have thought the rooms in the Suite would be so clean and beautiful as they were. My whole family enjoyed all the time we were there. Each room had it own TV and the bed rooms were larger than I expected. Next time we will stay longer.

impressive
my stay at floridays was a very nice experience. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. They upgraded me to a 3 bedroom suite rather than the 2 bedroom I booked. My vacation was very enjoyable because Floridays was such a nice place to stay

Great condo - not just a hotel room!
Love staying here. Instead of just a hotel room with a bed, you have a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It gives you space to move around when you are inside relaxing. Nice outdoor bar by main pool.

nice place, but is getting old.
i can tell the place used to be very nice, but it’s getting old, especially the carpet which is covered with some stains. anyway, the room is spacious and comfortable. location is great, though there’s some construction besides the site.

Great Family Resort
Suites are very roomy and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kids had a great time in pool which is heated. Weather was a little chilly in February, but pool was great. Will definately visit again.

I Highly Recommend this hotel! Its the best!
Floridays was an excellent place to vacation! It is close to Sea World and Aquatica and about 15 minutes from Downtown Disney. The hotel accomodations were excellent. Staff was courteous and professional yet very friendly. I love cleaniness & Floridays was excellent in this area as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for families or if you just want to get away.AWESOME experience....I highly recommend Floridays Spa & Resort

We had areally nice holiday. Everything was arranged as per expectations.We had no hassles during stay.We will definitely plan a return trip to floridays and recommend it to our friends.travelling with young children,we loved the location,not at all far from disney. We had free transportation to and fro the parks, even on the day we decided to take a cab back was under 20 dollars.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool.

Very nice cleaning of room could have been a little better
Grounds were beautiful. Spacious room for a family of five. Two bathrooms come in handy. Second br has two double beds, which most hotels come with so that would be the size room we were stuck with in regular hotel. Kitchen floor sticky from time we got there until we left.

Will Definitely Return
This was a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff. All we had to do was ask and anything we needed was provided. Probably could use a more thorough cleaning but I will say I am a neat freak so most people would find it to be more than adequate. Pool was nice and it was minutes from Disney. Which worked nice to take a break and come back during the middle of the day for a nap.

Excellent choice for families
We stayed at Floridays the weekend following Presidents’ day weekend. We were very happy with the general condition of our two-bedroom apartment and its cleanliness. IT contained everything we needed for our stay. We used a rental car and think it is necessary as very little in the neighborhood is within walking distance. Two exceptions are a Publix supermarket which had everything we needed to make dinner and sandwiches for our days in the theme parks, and a Benihana restaurant almost on the premises. However, the one time we tried it, on Sunday evening, it was booked solid, so I would recommend reserving ahead. We did not have a chance to use the pools. We would be happy to stay at Floridays next time we visit Orlando.

Good hotel, poor service overall!
OK condo, great service in the reception, but poor communication and follow-up :-( We were looking very much forward to this hotel/resort, as it was chosen by our kids (solely on the kids pool area). So we were looking forward to a nice time, with plenty to do for the kids. Two days before arrival, we accidently (!!) found out on expedias website, that ’a pool was under renovation’ for 2 days, and of course, it was THE pool!!! We were going to stay there for a week, so at least we had 5 days with the pool... we thought! It ended up being renovated for 5 days, and they didn’t even bother to inform the guests...!!! On top of all this, we still had to pay the daily resort-fee...!?!?! After we got home, we tried to contact the resort to tell them about our experience, and we haven’t received any answer yet... Need I say more?

Nice, very clean, but alot of small fees for everything!
We liked the hotel even though the location was kind of far away from most restaurants and stores on International Drive. The little grocery store at the hotel was convenient but very limited as was the food that they served there. Nothing at all within walking distance to eat, except Japanese food, which was only open for dinner, not lunch. We took advantage of the I Drive trolley/bus which takesy you all along International Drive where you can eat and shop and play. It poured rain part of the time we were there, which made the I Drive Trolley a little inconvenient, but overall, it was an easy and inexpensive way to get around. The cabs are there too, but not cheap. The room was very comfortable, as was the kitchen and whirlpool bathtub! It was too cold and rainy to use the considerable swimming pool unfortunately. But it looked very clean and inviting. The internet room with the computers is expensive, but the front desk reimbused us for those fees. They were very accomodating. Overall, I’d say it was a positive experience.
