My own piece of home at an fareign country!
i highly recomend seralago to everyone because its so cozy its like i´m at home, and the service is really good and its centric to evrything inn kissemee

You get what you paid for
The location is good. The price is good. You can see/feel the old bathroom and toilets. The tap water is not good, has some smell. The ice dispenser outside is not in good condition either.

Pefrect for Families on a Budget
Check in was a little hectic but otherwise OK. This is very much a motel not a hotel. However, it was clean and comfortable and definately worth it for the price! The kids loved the little loft area with the bunk beds, TV and game console! I found it to be perfect since all we needed to do was sleep. I will definately recommend it to friends and family on a budget.

very disappointed
we really thought this was a nice hotel with spacious rooms and they diffently are not, The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are very crowded.

Not impressed
I will not ever book at that hotel again. If I could get my money back, I would. I was very disappointed with the quality of the service, the way the rooms were, not clean, mold on curtains, bathroom and walls. Rooms did not look like what they showed on-line. Was so upset, will never go back there. Should be a 1-star hotel instead of 3-star’s.

HORRIFIC STAFF!
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel I’ve booked through Expedia. The "Night Shift Manager" needs to be taught how to deal with customers, i.e. not yelling over them and telling them to "let me talk" while they are speaking. The rooms had stains all over the floors and smelled musty, I put in my comments that I had pets with me and specifically searched for a pet friendly hotel and they apparently didn’t see the note and didn’t put us in a "pet friendly room". This is not something that I could have controlled but she felt like she should tell me I "could not read black and white" and that I "did not follow their rules". Mind you this entire time, MY DOG WAS LOCKED IN THE ROOM AND SHE WAS REFUSING TO LET ME GET TO HER. Then while I have not checked out and had already prepaid she makes security escort me to the room to get MY dog out of their DUMP. SHE WAS BY FAR THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION EVER. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Did I mention this was at midnight with my 2 year old standing outside in 40 degree weather because she her staff screwed up. Way to go!!

Pick another motel
My wife and I were disappointed. The room needed updated. The mattress was old and not comfortable. The carpet was wore out and the room smelled. There was no breakfast nor coffee in the rooms. I would not stay here again. I would compliment the employees because they were helpful.

Not a good choice
This hotel’s website and pictures are extremely photoshopped. Hotel needs to be updated (i.e. carpets, drapes, bathrooms). Beds are extremely old and uncomfortable. It is in a great location for Disney Parks but there is an amusement park a block away so it’s very loud at night. Not a good choice. Will not go back.

It’s a place to sleep... if you like to hears dogs barking! LOL
If you have more money to spend, go else where!! If you need a cheaper place, then it’s okay. The bathtub has this nasty gunk on the bottom of it, but overall the room was decent. I didn’t notice that the hotel takes pets... we had a dog in the room that joins with ours... and didn’t know until midnight and the dog was barking NON STOP for an hour. I called after the first 10 minutes, but they said they’d send someone up. Unfortunately, no one was in that hotel room with the dog so they couldn’t do anything about it. LUCKILY, the second night, we heard NO DOGS barking!! :o) We weren’t in the hotel long, except to sleep, so it was okay. If you were planning on hanging out here, I would look elsewhere. When you first walk in the the lobby, it looks amazing! Don’t be fooled though. Also.. they’ll try to sell you time shares.. and waste A LOT of your time once checking in. We had a great time at Disney World and it was only 10 minutes away!! The hotel was in a great area too! Didn’t seem rough at all, but the hotel had lots of signs posted that they aren’t responsible for stolen items.

I love the Seralargo
The kids love the kids suite and them being able to watch what they want on their TV and me watching what I want on my TV is a great feature that I am happy to pay extra for. The rooms were clean and had a simple decor. The staff are all friendly and I plan every time that I am doing the Disney thing to stay there.

No Heat on Coldest Day of February
The heat did not work on the coldest night of February 2010. All we got were two extra blankets that did not keep my kids warm.

Enjoyed my stay
When I came in to check in to the hotel the wait was not too long and we got settled quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The extra sink in the vanity as well as in the bathroom made it easier to get ready quickly in the morning and the mini fridge and microwave included in the room was very convinient for drinks and snacks in the room. We stayed just for the night and did not get to experience any of the activities that the hotel offered but the arcade caught my attention as a great place for kids. The staff are extremely helpful and they even helped me fix my car when my battery died the next morning.

Disappointed
They have a serious problem with water pressure. You will not be able to take a shower as there is no water coming out of the shower head. The toilet was not working right either. And the TV has terrible reception. The room was always clean and the staff is very friendly, but we will not be staying there again.
